A degree gets themin the room.I get them readyfor what happens next.
Built for the gap colleges can't close alone.
Guest Lecture
A single high-impact session for engineering or management batches. AI for the workplace, career readiness, or entrepreneurial thinking — delivered tight, practical, and interactive. Not a motivational talk.
Workshop Series
Half-day to full-day immersive sessions. Students leave with frameworks they can apply from Day 1 — how to use AI in real work, how to pitch, how to defend an idea under pressure.
Semester Engagement
An embedded program for institutions serious about closing the skill gap systematically. Multiple sessions plus mentorship, mapped to your placement timeline.
Most engineering and management graduates know their subject. Few know how to use AI tools in actual work, how to walk into an interview with conviction, or how to survive their first 90 days in a company.
That gap isn't the student's fault — it's structural. Curricula move slower than the workplace, and the workplace just changed faster than ever because of AI.
I build sessions around exactly that gap. Not theory. What actually works in 2026 workplaces — taught by someone who has spent 9 years inside how companies hire, structure teams, and decide who's ready.
Real outcomes, real institutions.
From Idea to Investable — HMR Campus Shark Tank
I mentored 5 student teams through HMR Institute's Campus Shark Tank — selected from 60+ registrations. 2 of my teams won the final pitch.
The work wasn't polishing slides. We pressure-tested each idea for go-to-market viability, then rebuilt the students' ability to defend it under tough questioning. The real shift was mental — from nervousness to conviction, from "competition entry" to "something I could actually build."
By the end, they weren't presenting ideas. They were defending ventures.
AI for Career Readiness — Amity University
I delivered a guest session to 150+ engineering students at Amity University, hosted by the Biotechnology Department — focused on practical AI for career readiness, not theory.
The session covered how to actually use AI tools in real work, the technology behind them, and the strategies that close the gap between a degree and a job.
"Probably got more knowledge than expected!"
"Too good technology use, covering all the minute details as well."
